Turkey Burgers INGREDIENTS: 150g turkey mince. 2 egg whites 4 teaspoons of oats 1 carrot 1 spoon of onions Mixed herbs INSTRUCTIONS: Mix all ingredients together. Pour into a non-stick pan with one-cal spray oil. Cover and cook over a slow heat. |

Ice Cream INSTRUCTIONS: Mix one sachet of MRP or Protein powder with very little milk or water - so it's thick. Place into a bowl and leave in the freezer for 2-3 hours. Voila - ice cream with a difference. This can also be done with simple protein powder of your choice for a late night meal |
